At our recent workshop, hosted in partnership with FIRST Robotics, girls had the exciting opportunity to dive deep into the fascinating worlds of robotics and artificial intelligence. This hands-on experience allowed participants to explore the fundamentals of coding and robotics in an engaging and interactive way. They learned to code and control robots, and even had the chance to design, build, and program their own LEGO robots to successfully navigate an obstacle course.
In addition to robotics, the workshop introduced the basics of AI development. Participants trained their own machine learning models, gaining insights into how AI works behind the scenes. The event also emphasized the importance of ethical considerations in AI, encouraging thoughtful discussions about the impact of technology on society. Through this collaborative effort with FIRST Robotics, we aimed to spark a passion for technology and innovation, empowering these young learners to become the tech leaders of tomorrow.
