Girls Tech Together recently launched its first session at the Greater Newark Boys and Girls Club of Delaware. Twelve students have already delved into fundamental coding concepts such as debugging, loops, and functions, and will be expanding their knowledge further throughout the ten-week program. The girls have done several coding lessons and engaging activities so far, and look forward to interacting with a professional in the Computer Science field in the near future! They will also be creating a capstone project at the end of the course which will be a culmination of their efforts to learn various aspects of coding.
