On May 31st, 2022, Girls Tech Together organized a computer science summit at Odyssey Charter School in collaboration with the Technology Student Association chapter. The event was a huge success, with over 300 kids in attendance.

The computer science summit was designed to give kids a fun and engaging introduction to computer science. GTT led activities that taught kids about coding, app development, and other computer science topics. The event also included a few guest speakers, including the founder and co-founder of GTT, Divita Taduvayi and Arnav Taduvayi, who shared their passion for computer science and encouraged kids to pursue careers in STEM fields.

The event was a great success, with kids showing a lot of enthusiasm and excitement for computer science. Many of the attendees had little to no prior experience with coding, and the computer science summit provided them with a fun and engaging introduction to this valuable skill.
